Powell Peralta Ripper T-Shirts
The Ripper, an iconic skateboard graphic, was originally illustrated in 1983 by legendary Powell-Peralta artist V.C. Johnson. This screen printed logo t-shirt features a large back graphic and a small left chest graphic, as well as a screen printed inside label.
The t-shirt is made of 100% soft spun cotton jersey, with a weight of 5.5oz. It has a standard adult fit and a high stitch density for a smoother printing surface. The double-needle sleeve and bottom hems, as well as the taped neck and shoulders, provide a high-quality construction.
The Ripper graphic has stood the test of time and has been a staple of the Powell-Peralta line for over 30 years. The graphic was first used as a "Bones Sold Here" dealer window sticker, before finding its way onto t-shirts and eventually decks.
